DOSAGE: 
18 years and over: two sprays in each nostril once daily. Once symptoms are controlled 1 spray in each nostril once daily. Medical advice should be sought if symptoms worsen or persist after 14 days treatment. Under 18 years: not recommended.
Nasacort Allergy Nasal Spray is a type of medication that is designed to provide relief for the effects of allergies, such as hay fever. The active ingredient in this nasal spray is triamcinolone acetonide, which is a member of a group of medicines known as corticosteroids. This means that it is a steroid, and will relieve allergy symptoms such as sneezing, itchiness, and a blocked or runny nose. It works by spraying directly into the nose.
  • The usual starting dose is 2 sprays in each nostril each day.
  • Once the symptoms of allergy are under control, the dose may be lowered to 1 spray in each nostril each day.
  • If the symptoms do not go away after 14 days, check with your doctor or pharmacist.
  • You should not use the spray every day for longer than three months without consulting your doctor.
