Obtained from an extraordinary local grape of Romagna - Pignoletto, more commonly known as Grechetto Gentile. This Pignoletto Frizzante is the typical wine of Bologna: easy-to-drink with delicious fruity aroma combined with fine bubbles, making it perfect as an aperitif or for the classic local cuisine. It is made with hand-harvested Pignoletto grapes, which then go through the Martinotti method - meaning secondary fermentation in stainless steel tanks - in order to refine its bubbles. The final wine has elegant notes of stone fruit and soft mineral edges.
