Hair Tools Velcro Rollers are easy to use on wet or dry hair. Before using on wet hair, roughly dry with a towel or hairdryer, then section hair, wrap round rollers and the velcro will keep hair/roller in place. Hairnet may be used if sleeping in them. When using on dry hair, spray hair with setting lotion, wind in rollers and allow to dry naturally or blast with a hairdryer to speed the process up. There are 12 rollers in each pack.
