Domaine de Bichery La Saignee de Meunier Brut Nature 2022

100% Pinot Meunier Brut Nature from the Côte des Bar. The absence of dosage allows the wine's ripe fruit, chalky freshness and depth to really shine. The bouquet evokes wild strawberry, redcurrant, and a hint of spice. On the palate, it is generous and juicy, supported by a fine mineral tension that keeps the whole wine lively and precise.
