Camillo Donati Lambrusco 2023

The Donatis are veritable icons of Lambrusco country; the family's estate has been turning out wines since the 1930's and today the 3rd generation in Camillo tends the property's biologically pure slopes on the outskirts of Parrma. 100% Lambrusco Maestri, the bottle is packed with a nose dark, dusky cherry fruits and that wonderful 'room full of salumi' funk, with intense floral lift.
