Emilia Pennac is Silvia Giani, a big-hearted rabble-rouser who is making a name for herself in the Oltrepo Pavese region of Lombardia (alongside her in-laws at Castello di Stefanago), with zero-zero wines that as just as infectiously charming as they are impeccably made. 5 wines.
